Breeze Assistant on HubSpot Mobile: Meeting Prep, File Uploads, and Suggested Prompts

1. Meeting Prep

Get context on who you're meeting with before you walk in, without digging through multiple tools.

How to use it:

1. Open the HubSpot mobile app — Breeze Assistant Meeting Prep automatically appears in the calendar widget on your home screen when you have an upcoming meeting.
2. Tap the meeting pill.
3. Review the key insights and context Breeze pulls together.
4. Ask Breeze Assistant follow-up questions right there if you need more detail.

2. File Upload

Bring any document, photo, or file into a Breeze Assistant conversation and get instant action on it.

Useful for:

• Snapping a photo of a business card or handwritten notes and turning it into a follow-up
• Sharing a deck or asset and getting a quick summary or next steps
• Reviewing a contract or campaign brief on the go

How to use it:

1. In any Breeze Assistant chat, tap the + icon.
2. Choose Camera, Photos, Files, or HubSpot Files.
3. Upload your file (PDFs, images, and more are supported).
4. Ask Breeze to:
   • Summarize it
   • Extract key insights
   • Draft a reply
   • Log it to the CRM

3. Suggested Prompts

Breeze surfaces ready-to-use prompts based on common things reps ask for.

Examples of suggested prompts:

• "Which contacts haven't heard from me in 30+ days?"
• "Add a note to a contact's record."

How to use it:

1. Open Breeze Assistant.
2. On iOS, suggested prompts appear at the top of your conversation. On Android, they're grouped by category.
3. Tap any prompt to run it instantly — no need to type out a full question.
